Agreement (Public Offer) for the Purchase of Planning Templates
Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Sergeevich Goloviznin, hereinafter referred to as the “Rights Holder,” offers to conclude an agreement for the purchase of templates, hereinafter referred to as the “Product,” with any individual, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” under the terms of this public offer.
Payment for the Product means full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Offer.
- Terms and Definitions
1.1. Product means a digital template or a set of templates in Google Sheets or Notion format, created by the Rights Holder and intended for personal use, including budgeting, goal setting, task management, financial planning, and other similar purposes.
1.2. Website means an information system accessible via the Internet at:
https://plannerlife.online.
The Website contains the description and price of the Product.
1.3. Website Content means any materials, including texts, graphics, and design elements, published on the Website.
1.4. User means a person who has accepted the terms of this Offer and paid for the Product.
2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The Rights Holder provides the User with access to the purchased Product, and the User undertakes to pay for it.
2.2. Access to the Product is provided digitally, in the form of a link to a Google Sheets copy or a Notion template, within 24 hours from the moment payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the Website.
In certain cases, including technical failures or delays caused by payment systems, the period for providing access may be extended to 3 business days.
3. General Terms3.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Acceptance of this Offer, meaning full and unconditional acceptance of its terms, shall be deemed to occur when the User performs actions aimed at making payment, provided that the User has previously reviewed the text of this Offer published at:
https://plannerlife.online/offer3.3. Persons under the age of 18 are advised to make purchases with the consent of their parents or legal representatives.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties4.1. The Rights Holder has the right to determine the format, structure, and method of providing the Product, including providing it by any convenient means, such as a link, email, messenger, or other means of communication.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Product for personal purposes only and not to violate the rights of the Rights Holder. The Rights Holder does not guarantee the achievement of any specific results and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising in connection with the use of the Product.
4.3. The User is responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the services and software required to use the Product, including access to Google services, Google Sheets, and Notion.
The Product, namely the Google Sheets template, is intended exclusively for use in the Google Sheets environment and does not guarantee correct display or functioning in other programs, including Microsoft Excel, Numbers, or similar software.
The Rights Holder shall not be liable for the User’s inability to access or use the Product due to reasons related to restrictions, settings, or technical features of the User’s Google account, Internet connection, or the operation of third-party services.
4.4. To receive access to the Product, the User must provide a valid email address when placing an order and paying for the Product.
4.5. Access to the Product shall be deemed provided from the moment the Rights Holder sends the link to the Product to the email address specified by the User during payment.
4.6. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of the email address provided. If the User provides an incorrect email address or is unable to receive emails for reasons beyond the control of the Rights Holder, the obligation to provide access shall be deemed duly fulfilled.
5. Price and Payment Procedure5.1. The current price of the Product is indicated on the Website.
5.2. Payment is made through the payment systems specified on the Website. Any applicable fees or commissions shall be borne by the User.
5.3. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded from the moment the funds are credited to the Rights Holder’s account.
6. Intellectual Property6.1. All rights to the Product and Website Content belong to the Rights Holder.
6.2. The User undertakes not to copy, distribute, or transfer to third parties any materials received under this Agreement.
7. Cancellation and Refunds7.1. In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” digital goods provided electronically are not subject to return or exchange after access to them has been provided. Refunds are not issued.
An exception applies in cases of technical failures caused by the Rights Holder, as a result of which the User did not receive access to the Product.
7.2. If a technical issue arises, for example, if the User did not receive the link, the User must contact the Rights Holder, and the issue will be resolved within a reasonable period of time.
8. Final Provisions8.1. This Agreement, being a public offer, enters into force from the moment it is published on the Website and remains valid until revoked by the Rights Holder.
8.2. The Rights Holder has the right to amend the terms of this Offer at any time. Amendments shall enter into force from the moment the new version is published on the Website.
8.3. The processing of the User’s personal data, including the email address, is carried out by the Rights Holder in accordance with the Privacy Policy published and available at the permanent address:
https://plannerlife.online/policy9. Liability of Third Parties9.1. The Product may not be used by persons who have not paid for it or who have obtained access to it by other means, including through transfer by third parties.
9.2. If unauthorized distribution is detected, the Rights Holder reserves the right to:
— file a complaint with the relevant services, including distribution platforms and social networks;
— send an official claim to the infringer;
— recover damages through court proceedings.
